I make videos almost every day for my own social media  – so I walk the talk. I love working with wellness business owners because it is my passion. While navigating a serious undiagnosed chronic health issue from 2019-2021, I still managed to create consistent video content that engaged viewers from all over the world.

I’ve also been stuck many times trying to get my marketing to gain traction. I’ve dug deep within myself, harnessed my own spiritual practice, honed my video production craft, studied video marketing trends, and have successfully forged my own path to attract an authentically engaged audience across multiple social media platforms.

When I was 12 years old I asked my parents for a special Hanukah gift. I’ll never forget how hard I begged them until they finally caved. I wanted the newly released Fisher Price PXL2000 camera (it recorded to cassette tapes!). The year was 1987. It was the first time I used a “video camera” and it was magical. I still have that camera in my closet as a keepsake.

At my company, Blue Lotus Films, I help wellness business owners create a memorable brand with impactful videos. I offer courses, group coaching, and 1-on-1 coaching services as well as full service video production. I have 20 years experience in video production to help guide you in making outstanding marketing videos. My team and I have filmed and edited thousands of hours of footage for video clients.

I’m passionate about what I do because I have personally experienced the transformative power of holistic wellness products + services because from 2019-2020 I suffered from adrenal fatigue. It sent me a big journey to seek out alternative medicine protocols that made a drastic difference. Since being diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2021, I regularly use holistic products + services for my own healing.
